A Mach II "Parkell" silicone model is made from an alginate impression.  Orthodontic wire is micro etched and coated with a flowable composite.  A fiber mesh instead of wire could be used as well.
B Rubber dam has been placed, and Contour Wedges have been positioned to form the embrasure spaces.
C Ortho wire bonded to place with a flowable composite. The flowable composite was also placed interproximally buccal and lingual to tie teeth and ortho wire together.
D Labial view of splinted teeth. Little shaping of composite was needed since the embrasure spaces were well developed by the Contour Wedges.
